Our Story
We established Northstate Equity in July 2020, just one month removed from our high school graduation. We had long had a vision of entering the world of real estate and, in the free time given to us by the COVID-19 pandemic, put our heads together and formed our path for our real estate investing journey. We quickly realized that we had the passion, brains, and tenacity that would allow us to help people and form mutually beneficial partnerships with those in the communities that we work in. This led us to develop our mission and our core values, the foundation that Northstate is founded upon. Although young in age, we are highly motivated, strive for greatness, and have great pride in our integrity and dedication to helping people find solutions to their real estate needs.
